I have a private practice, in the Niagara Region, Ontario, providing both assessment and treatment for individuals with varying mental health conditions and co-occurring addictions.
I develop and deliver treatment plans to suit your individual needs and preferences. Treatment may include CBT, CPT, Behavioural strategies, and/or Internal Family Dynamics.
